Wonderful app. I have been looking up information since I downloaded. Recommend all should have as reference material.

It has potential. I was looking for my Founder and for a few other more contemporary and prominent men and women of the church but I didnt find them! Blessed John Baptist Scalabrini (Proclaimed patron of migrants together with mother Cabrini by John Paul II) is missing. Why? It seems to me that this app, good as it could be, is not "universal" enough to deserve the title "Catholic".

If this App had a search engine I would rate it much higher. Now you have to scroll through pages and pages of content to find what you want. Add Search and youll knock it out of the park. Now, not so much.

The holy grail of Catholic knowledge in your pocket for less than the price of a bookmark. Truly an exciting time to be a Catholic and the vindication of technology in holy lives. Thank you.

The information is outstanding, but the vastness is daunting. WIthout a search engine, I think I will knot open it unless I know the send letter of my search is an "a" (e.g., Wa, Ma, etc.). I am sure that the developers will get this in soon.

A most impressive collection of well documented articles. Though obviously there is an effort to keep up to date, many entries seem time worn with few references to current day scholarship.

It will not download after 4 tries, the search engine locks up after 4 letters for example: Lati(n), Acol(yte), etc. I want a refund!

I have been going to varied and assorted resources for years and have finally found this! God bless all who partake!

The approach to things Catholic is Pre Vatican II. I do not encourage use of this app

Cannot complain about content but search engine chokes, rendering the app far less useful than it might otherwise have been. I expected better from Surgeworks based on their other excellent apps.

This Catholic App is very good.

I use this app regularly. So helpful and so much data... I found the search is easier if instead of searching through the entire book u narrow it down by category and/or first letter first. From there enter the keywords; with less data to load it finds the content quicker. A must have for catholic history buffs...

READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING!!! I wish I read the reviews before I purchased this. I cant get it to work. It keeps telling me that I am not connected to the internet. I am!!! I dont know. I have the most updated software on an iPad 3. This app was a total waste of money. I am deleting it.

This app. is worthless. It shuts down constantly, freezes, etc. It took me almost two minutes to scroll all the way down the Ms to find mysticism. If youre offline and youve waited the 2-3 hours necessary to download all the contents in cached form, you cant browse or search, because you need to be online for that. I have so enjoyed praying the liturgical hours available from this same site but this app is a waste of money. Considering the wealth of information available, I sincerely hope they will continue to work on making this more efficient. Will not buy another app from these folks until this improves.
